The Agency Portal is a system that aims to facilitate and assist professional staff who have enrolled in our program’s professional training courses in using the DPM and ADAPTS models as case interventions. In hopes of better facilitating the counseling work of fellow colleagues, this system provides a series of tools and guidelines regarding bereavement intervention.  Such tools may be used during one’s practice or as references.

Our project aims to bring together the practical wisdom and empirical research findings of scholars, managers, and professional staff in the field of bereavement, and to integrate a set of best practice guidelines and models for bereavement support from the perspective of the public health model and the three-stage intervention model.
