Call for Abstract

Posters will be presented in a DIGITAL format, not paper format. Poster presentations MUST be prepared in English.

Selected abstracts will receive an email of acceptance, in which an abstract number will be assigned to facilitate organisation and submission of e-poster display.
- The first author is allowed to register up to two representatives to aid with e-poster presentations following the form provided in the email of acceptance.
- The e-poster should include the title of presentation, name of author(s), texts and may include illustrations like figures, tables, colour photographs, charts etc. when appropriate.
- Once the e-poster presentation abstract is accepted, please submit the finalised poster in jpeg/png/pdf format with no larger than 8MB in file size* via the e-poster submission form (detailed will be announced in due course) by Date: 6 May 2025, which will be included in the email of acceptance. File submission by e-mail will not be accepted. Please adopt the format of the file name as “first author’s name_abstract no.” For more details, please refer to the “Technical information” listed in item 8 below.
- E-poster will be shown between 8:45am and 5:30pm during the main conference. The presenting author or one of their representatives is required to be present at their assigned e-poster display to introduce their work and engage in discussions with the audience during designated time slot (detailed arrangements for the e-poster presentation will be announced in due course).
- Illustrations should be readable from a distance of three feet or more away.

Technical information:
- Posters will be displayed in PORTRAIT only (not landscape);
- Poster size in pixel: 1080 width x 1920 height (9:16), Portrait; posters not in 9:16 aspect ratio will be rejected;
- File format: JPEG, PNG or PDF image files with no larger than 8MB in file size;
- Any content with a resolution higher than 2160*3840 is NOT supported;
- Films and other interactive material or animations are not possible;
- Hyperlinks will be non-functioning;
- You may also create your electronic poster using PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or any other appropriate programme.
- Each e-poster display board will be numbered sequentially following the abstract number. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified of the e-poster set-up time via email.
